Construction FAQ

What developers and GCs ask first.

Are you insured to fly over an active construction site?

Yes. Every flight carries $1,000,000 in aviation liability insurance and is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot. We're glad to provide a certificate of insurance for your project on request.

How often can you document a project?

On whatever cadence fits the job — tied to your construction milestones or a set monthly schedule — across the full life of the build.

Do you need special permission to fly our site?

Some locations require FAA authorization, which can take 7–10 days to secure. We handle the paperwork; the earlier we lock your date, the smoother it goes.

What do we get, and how fast?

Edited, high-resolution aerial photos and 4K video, turned around quickly so they're useful for your next progress meeting and owner update.

Do you cover sites outside Cleveland?

Yes — all of Ohio and beyond, including the Buffalo, Pittsburgh, and Detroit areas, and we travel for projects further out. Tell us the location and we'll handle the logistics and authorizations.

Break ground with a record

Have a project starting? Let's get it on the schedule.

Tell us the site, the timeline, and how often you want it documented — we'll come back with a plan, usually the same business day.
