Nestled in the picturesque hills of the Mohican and Clearfork Valley about 93 miles southwest of Cleveland, Butler was originally founded in 1848 as Spohntown.  Today the Village and the surrounding area still embrace family owned businesses and family oriented activities.

Butler, Ohio is a small town located in the heart of Ohio, nestled in the rolling hills of the rural countryside. It has a population of around 2,000 people and is located about 30 miles east of Columbus, the state capital.

Butler is known for its small-town charm and friendly atmosphere. It's a great place to raise a family and has a quaint downtown area with plenty of restaurants, shops and other businesses. The city is also home to several parks and recreational areas, including a lake and nature trails.
